3.2 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

- If an order is canceled, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
3.3 Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of baking mixes, and in accordance with Cottage Food safety regulations, all sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the product has been shipped, except in the rare case of:
- Items damaged during delivery (must be documented with photo evidence)
- Incorrect items received

5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within California, USA under Cottage Food Operations (CFO) regulations.
- Orders placed outside of California will not be processed.
5.2 Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are accepted Monday to Friday.
- All orders are shipped on Mondays. If your order is placed after Saturday 11:59 PM PST, it will be included in the next week’s shipment.
- Limited Batch Releases: Our products are made in small batches, and once sold out, they will be available again in the next release. Orders are processed and shipped once per week to ensure freshness and manageable workflow. We appreciate your patience as a small, handcrafted business.
- Delivery times vary but typically range between 2-5 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
5.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first.
- Mochi Cloud Sweets LLC is not liable for lost or stolen shipments once they are marked as “delivered”.
