About Mochi Cloud Sweets

At Mochi Cloud Sweets, we believe that enjoying soft, chewy, and satisfying treats shouldn’t come at the expense of metabolic health.

Our journey started in July 2020, when our family embarked on a complete health transformation during the height of the pandemic. We eliminated sugar, gluten, and inflammatory foods, embracing a low-carb, whole-food-based lifestyle, and intermittent fasting. But as we settled into this new way of eating, I quickly realized that the market lacked authentic Japanese-inspired keto-friendly desserts—especially my beloved mochi.

So I went into the kitchen and began experimenting. What started as a personal project soon grew into a passion. Baking became my creative outlet, my therapy, and my way of enjoying treats that aligned with the health goals our family had committed to.

Fast forward to today, Mochi Cloud Sweets was born out of this passion and the desire to share it with others who miss the comfort of mochi but want something gentler on the body. Our brand fills a unique gap—bringing authentic Japanese-inspired treats to those who miss the soft, chewy, and cloud-like texture of traditional mochi without the sugar or carb load. Our carefully crafted baking mixes deliver the real deal experience. We know how hard it is to find low-carb desserts that truly taste and feel like the ones we remember, which is why we’re committed to creating products that bring joy, indulgence, and metabolic wellness.
