Born From a Love of Mochi

Mochi Cloud Sweets was born from a simple love of soft, chewy mochi.

After adopting a lower-carb lifestyle, we kept finding ourselves missing the Japanese sweets we grew up loving.

So we began creating our own.

Our mixes are made to recreate the real mochi experience: soft, chewy, gently sweet, and mochi-mochi, but low-carb, sugar-free, and gluten-free.

Whether you’re making mochi ice cream, dango, castella cake, or a soft mochi muffin, we hope every bite brings back that familiar comfort—minus the sugar, gluten, and carbs!
